The minor is also charged with the special allegation of using a firearm in the commission of the crimes and with the special circumstance that the murder was committed for the benefit of a criminal street gang.

VENTURA, California – District Attorney Erik Nasarenko announced today that a jury found Tim Gautier (DOB 06/21/65), of Thousand Oaks, guilty of first-degree murder in his wife’s death. The jury also found that Gautier used a gun to cause her death.
