VENTURA, California – District Attorney Erik Nasarenko announced today that James Lewis Apodaca (DOB 07/18/67), of Oxnard, was sentenced by Judge Ryan Wright to 75 years to life in prison, plus six additional years for kidnapping with intent to commit rape, robbery, assault on a peace officer, and possession of methamphetamine.

VENTURA, California – District Attorney Erik Nasarenko announced today that Rodolfo Fernandez Franco (DOB 03/20/87), of Oxnard, was sentenced by Judge Anthony Sabo to 60 years to life in prison, plus four additional years for multiple sexual assaults in 2003 and 2020.

VENTURA, California – District Attorney Erik Nasarenko announced today that Chileans, Maximo Bravo (DOB 04/05/04), Francisco Osorio (DOB 11/20/92), Roberto Rojas Solis (DOB 12/17/99), suspected members of a South American Theft Group, have been charged with conspiracy to commit organized retail theft, grand theft, commercial burglary, and possession of burglary tools.
