District Attorney Gregory D. Totten announced today that on November 19, 2020, Jessica Navarro (DOB 6/22/89), of Ventura, pled guilty to second-degree murder for killing her 22-month-old son, Guillermo C.

VENTURA, California – District Attorney Gregory D. Totten announced today that George Malone, Jr. (DOB 07/20/68), of Oxnard, pled guilty to the voluntary manslaughter of Paul Blevins, Jr., also from Oxnard. Malone also admitted personally using a knife in the attack.

Totten announced today that a jury found Augustine Rincon Medina (DOB 07/18/65), of Oxnard, guilty of four counts of premeditated, willful and deliberate attempted murder of two Sheriff’s deputies and two Oxnard police officers. The jury found that Medina personally used a firearm in these crimes.

VENTURA, California – District Attorney Gregory D. Totten announced today that Daniel Louis Fuller (2/19/84), a transient from Ventura, pled guilty to the crime of involuntary manslaughter by an unlawful act for the death of Jeffrey Kibler (10/14/64), of Ventura, which occurred on September 11, 2018. Fuller and Kibler were both inmates, housed in the same quad, at the Ventura County jail when this incident occurred. Fuller wanted Kibler to leave the quad. When Kibler refused to leave, Fuller punched Kibler one time in the face and dragged him to the main quad door. Kibler died several hours later due to a ruptured spleen.
