VENTURA, California – District Attorney Erik Nasarenko announced today that Samuel Matthew Rocha (DOB 01/25/93), of Port Hueneme, was charged with one count of murder and four counts of attempted murder, which occurred during the evening of April 19, 2021, in Port Hueneme. The complaint charged five special allegations that Rocha personally used his vehicle as a deadly weapon and two special allegations that he personally inflicted great bodily injury. Rocha was also charged with one count of assault with a deadly weapon and two counts of battery for an incident in Oxnard approximately 10 minutes before the murder and attempted murders.

VENTURA, California – District Attorney Erik Nasarenko announced today that Edward Ayans (DOB 3/26/72), of Thousand Oaks, was charged with committing the crimes of mayhem, assault with a deadly weapon, and elder abuse under circumstances likely to cause great bodily injury or death.

VENTURA, California – El Fiscal del Distrito Erik Nasarenko anunció hoy que ha terminado el enjuiciamiento del Doctor David Michelson (Fecha de Nacimiento 02/07/47), de Newbury Park, debido a la muerte de Michelson en un hospital en el condado de Los Angeles el 5 de marzo de 2021. Michelson, un cirujano plástico, había sido criminalmente acusado por haber asaltado sexualmente a 15 pacientes femeninas y otras 30 mujeres se habían presentado para reportar actos posiblemente criminales.
